Service Description

Day of Coordination package begins one month before the wedding. This package begins with a meeting at the venue to gain a full understanding of the wedding location and details for the big day. After this meeting the bride and groom will work with a VAR coordinator to develop a wedding day timeline and itinerary. This will involve the organization of the ceremony events, the logistical details of the vendors and the important reception events. The coordinator will attend the rehearsal and coordinate your wedding party to insure a smooth wedding day.
